There are two ways to order:

{1} On-Line by Credit Card^£ via PayPal (see below, requires that you sign-up with PayPal - no fee), or
{2} By mail using our order forms^1,2 accompanied by check or money order.

^£ Credit Card: We are not able to accept credit card orders by phone.

We know how easy it is to purchase on impulse when using a credit card. Please consider carefully whether you really need the products and whether you really need them now. You will be much happier with products you actually use and we will feel more like we've earned our income. Also, by the time you need your product you might find that a better solution has appeared on the market. Consider that your money is a limited renewable resource and should be conserved like all other limited resources.

Many merchants price their products one to five cents under round dollars in order to mentally appear lower in price. We dislike this practice. We show you the price that allows the mental perception and the pocket book to agree.

To facilitate your order, we have provided a standardized order form in Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 .pdf format which you may download and print. We hope that you will use our form, as it simplifies and speeds our processing of your order.

Note¹ Acrobat Reader: you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or later installed on your computer in order to view and print the specification sheets and order forms. If you need Acrobat Reader (and you probably will, sooner or later), you can get a free copy by following this link: <http://www.adobe.com>.

Note² Downloading and Printing Instructions: Newer versions of common browsers will treat the Acrobat Reader program as a plug-in and will simply display the form in a new window, which you can then print. Older versions of Netscape may open a dialog box informing you that you are attempting to view a file of an unknown type. Older versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer may open a dialog box asking if you want to open the .pdf file or save it to disk. Either is acceptable,  just be sure to remember where you put it on your hard disk if you chose to save it. However, with some advanced security settings in your internet browser, it may display a blank page. In this case, please use the right button of your mouse clicking on the link to pop up a context menu and choose "Save As..." to save the file locally. Again, you can choose to either save the file to disk, or pick the application (Adobe Acrobat Reader) to open the file.

Delivery is by mail in the form of a CDROM (sent after confirmation of payment).

Shipped software is mailed via US Postal Service in a padded envelope. Hardware products are shipped via UPS.

Washington State residents add sales tax local to the delivery address for products shipped by mail.
