Our Employees
RightHand Engineering is a family owned and operated cottage business. For the time being, our employees are the members of the Richmond family. RandyRandy Richmond, owner and director of development, is husband of Melissa, father of the Richmond children and principle of the Richmond homeschool. Randy holds an amateur radio license (N7IEK) and has a BS degree in Electrical Engineering. For the past 18 years he has put his skills to use in designing voice communications systems used by 9-1-1 centers. He is also son of Ron Richmond who was an early user of Renewable Energy dating back to the 30’s when he installed Jacobs wind generators at remote ranger stations, and in the early 80’s when he installed photo voltaic (PV) panels to power his mountain-top commercial radio sites. MelissaMelissa Richmond, co-owner and director of resources, networking and public relations, is wife of Randy, mother of the Richmond children and teacher of the Richmond homeschool. Melissa has an amateur radio license (KA7YJF) and has a BS degree in Graphic Arts. She also has had experience clowning around (literally). She is also niece of the late Dan Trivich who was professor at Wayne State University where he pioneered research in photo voltaic (PV) cells. CalebCaleb Richmond, director of sales, is the oldest son of Randy and Melissa, student body president of the Richmond homeschool, and chief manager of the egg production facility (chicken coop). TabithaTabitha Richmond, director of human resources, is the only daughter of Randy and Melissa, student at the Richmond homeschool, and chief manager of creativity. JasonJason Richmond, director of smiles and kisses, is the youngest son of Randy and Melissa, and a new student at the Richmond homeschool. |
